Project Manager

This role is purely contract-based. Candidates with Financial Services industry experience will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and Manage Standardized PD Processes:
  • Create and manage processes or protocols that align with broader HR and organizational policies.
• Instructional Design and Development:
  • Use instructional design skills to analyze needs, design, develop, and deploy both formal and informal development solutions.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness.
• Risk Mitigation:
  • Follow established procedures to mitigate risks, identify key errors, and demonstrate strong ethical behavior.
• E-learning Development with Articulate Storyline:
  • Develop interactive e-learning courses, simulations, assessments, and other learning materials according to project requirements.
  • Utilize advanced features and functionalities of Articulate Storyline.
• Course Review and Reconciliation:
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with design standards and branding guidelines.
  • Make necessary revisions and improvements to courses.
• Template and Documentation Development:
  • Develop standardized templates, guidelines, and documentation formats for learning processes and procedures.
  • Create detailed process documentation and knowledge repositories to capture learning processes comprehensively.
  • Provide training and guidance on the use of process documentation tools, templates, and best practices.
• Project and Program Management:
  • Manage larger projects, multiple projects simultaneously, or a program consisting of similar projects spanning over a longer period.
  • Handle projects that may span multiple clients within a business unit.
• Stakeholder Communication:
  • Monitor tasks and projects consistently to respond to stakeholder requests accurately, promptly, and professionally.
  • Escalate issues when appropriate.
• Proficiency and Experience:
  • Demonstrate proven experience in project management, process documentation, instructional design, and e-learning development using Articulate Storyline.
  • Show a strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and multimedia learning principles.
• Communication Skills:
  • Present information clearly in writing and orally in larger group settings.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex challenges independently.

• Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, including larger projects that span multiple clients or business units.
• Ability to consistently monitor tasks and projects, responding to stakeholder requests accurately and promptly.
• Ability to create detailed process documentation and knowledge repositories, and provide training on best practices.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for presenting information clearly to larger group settings.
