Implementation Supervisor II

Raizan Solutions LLC is hiring an Implementation Supervisor II for their client in Louisville, KY. This position supports mid to large-scale projects for Helix Migration, encompassing single/multi-site implementations with multiple products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer solutions/migrations and actively participate in successful solution migrations while meeting customer and company needs.
• Develop implementation models for each project, including deployment and plan definition, scheduling implementation phases, communication, user acceptance training, project management, reporting, etc.
• Manage cross-functional implementation teams and provide ongoing analysis of implementation projects, plans, templates, outcomes, lessons learned, and post-implementation audits.
• Facilitate client communications and weekly reporting.
• Travel to domestic locations to support account migrations. Note that travel may extend beyond domestic and will be assessed on an individual basis.
• Hold meetings to review project status and follow up on action items.
• Collaborate with Program Manager.
• Attend daily status meetings using Zoom.
• Use project management tools to track project success.

Additional Duties:

• Weekend support for go-lives will be required.
• May be required to work overtime and weekends during migrations.
• May be required to travel domestically and potentially to Canada.

• Proficient in project management practices.

Must Have

• Strong understanding and application of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices to successfully oversee mid to large-scale migration projects.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple workstreams and projects concurrently while prioritizing tasks to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Understanding of the technical aspects related to migrations, software implementations, or IT services. Proficiency in discussing technical requirements and their alignment with project goals.
