Dynamic Manufacturing Supervisor

Are you a leader with a passion for driving productivity and continuous improvement? Raizan Solutions LLC is hiring for their client, and we’re looking for a dynamic Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee and motivate a team in a fast-paced production environment.
As the front-line leader, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met. You’ll also work to solve problems quickly and be the primary point of contact for operators, adjusters, and maintenance staff.

Shift:

• Monday to Thursday, 10-hour shifts (starting late afternoon until around 3 a.m.)
• Occasional Friday work required

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead a team of 30-40 employees, ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently
• Manage schedules, employee shifts, and time-off requests
• Ensure safety standards and production goals are consistently met
• Provide training, feedback, and guidance to team members
• Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues
• Handle customer and employee concerns, while maintaining a positive work environment
• Work hands-on when needed to meet production requirements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar leadership role within a production environment
• Full understanding of safety standards in the manufacturing industry
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
• High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
• Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred but not required

• Strong time-management and mathematical skills
• Proven track record of driving accountability and achieving team goals
• Hands-on leadership approach, with a focus on servant leadership
• Ability to work well with a diverse range of personality types

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse setting
• Uncontrolled climate environment
• Use of computers and mechanical/electrical equipment

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Must be capable of meeting the physical requirements of working in a production environment
• Requires lifting, bending, and being on your feet for extended periods
