This role serves as the Executive Director for a prominent hospital system in Cleveland, OH, known for its excellence in healthcare leadership and recognition as a Best Hospital. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership in Healthcare Technology Management within a large healthcare environment.
- Develop and maintain outstanding client relationships and governance structure, serving as the main point of contact.
- Display superior business acumen, decision-making abilities, and proficiency in budget management.
- Coach and mentor employees at various levels, fostering a culture of growth and development.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, local regulations, and client policies.
- Uphold safety programs, ensuring a safe work environment.
- Evaluate financial risks and opportunities, communicating results effectively and initiating action plans as needed.
- Demonstrate a fundamental understanding of Cybersecurity solutions for healthcare providers.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in management and Healthcare Technology Management within a large healthcare environment.
