LPN Supervisor

Location:
Southfield, MI 48075

Shift and Schedule:

  • Full-time
  • 10-hour or 12-hour shifts
  • Evening shifts available

Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise care staff and manage staffing needs during shifts.
  2. Conduct periodic assessments and observe residents for changes in condition.
  3. Report changes to the physician, responsible family member, and Administrator.
  4. Assist and instruct residents and family members in care plan implementation.
  5. Document observations, interventions, and evaluations accurately.
  6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  1. High School Diploma or GED.
  2. Current Michigan Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
  3. Experience in developing and implementing care plans.
