We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dental Office Manager to join our client at their West Bloomfield’s dental practice.
As a Dental Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our dental office. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day administrative and managerial tasks, as well as provide excellent customer service to our patients.

Pay Rate: $25-$28/Hour
Schedule: Monday 7:30-6, Tue 7:30-5, Wed 6:30-2 (no lunch), Thur 7:30-5, Fri 7:30-2

What You Do:

Monitor and manage office expenses and budgets, ensuring financial efficiency.

Providing exceptional customer service to patients, ensuring their satisfaction and comfort.

Coordinate financial arrangements with patients, including billing, payment plans, and insurance coverage.

Prepare financial reports and statements for review by the practice owner.

Handle insurance claims and billing processes, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.

Lead and supervise dental office staff, including receptionists, dental assistants, and other administrative personnel.

Train and onboard new employees, ensuring they understand office policies and procedures.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth.

Monitor and maintain inventory of office and dental supplies.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in dental office management or related administrative roles.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in dental practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
