Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive oral health assessments and provide advanced periodontal care, including scaling and root planing.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care to improve long-term dental health.
- Maintain accurate patient records, documenting assessments and treatments.
- Utilize tools such as the Dental Fitness Index (DFI) to evaluate periodontal health, ensuring a minimum DFI Med score of 80.
- Ensure compliance with all OSHA and regulatory guidelines to maintain a safe and clean clinical environment.
- Collaborate effectively with the dental team to provide exceptional patient experiences.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Dental Hygienist in a clinical setting.
- Certification: Certified Dental Hygienist with a current license to practice in Michigan.
