Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions for wastewater and stormwater management projects.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine project requirements and constraints.
- Prepare detailed engineering designs, plans, and specifications for wastewater treatment facilities, stormwater management systems, and roadway projects.
- Coordinate with regulatory agencies to obtain necessary permits and approvals for project implementation.
- Perform hydraulic and hydrologic analyses to optimize wastewater and stormwater infrastructure designs.
- Utilize AutoCAD, GIS, and REVIT software to create accurate drawings and models.
- Provide technical support during construction phases, including site inspections and contractor coordination.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed within established timelines and budgetary constraints.
- Maintain documentation and records in compliance with quality assurance and quality control standards.
- Stay informed about advancements in wastewater treatment technologies and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of Ohio or ability to obtain within six months.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on wastewater and stormwater management projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS, and REVIT software.
- Strong understanding of hydraulic principles and stormwater management regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
