About the Role
Raizan Solutions LLC is hiring on behalf of our client for a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead engineering execution and production optimization in a high-precision manufacturing and prototype build environment.
This role is designed for a hands-on engineering leader who understands detailed design, manufacturing workflows, and people leadership, and who can bridge the gap between engineering intent and production reality—particularly within Automotive, Commercial Vehicle, EV, Battery, or Power Electronics environments.
Core Requirements (Kept Intact as Requested)
- Engineer or Technical Degree graduate
- 5+ years in detailed engineering design and development (Commercial Vehicle or Automotive, EV, Battery, Power Electronics)
- 5+ years managing or supervising in a production facility and/or prototype build shop
- Must be able to analyze each step of the manufacturing process, collaborate with engineers, and optimize resources to deliver high-quality products

- Lead and support manufacturing engineering activities from design handoff through production and prototype builds
- Manage and mentor engineering and production teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines
- Evaluate manufacturing workflows step-by-step, identifying inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate closely with design engineers, production teams, and operations leadership
- Optimize resources, tooling, labor, and processes to ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets are met
- Support prototype builds, pilot runs, and production scaling, ensuring engineering intent is manufacturable
- Drive a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement
