Maintenance Supervisor 3rd shift

Raizan Solutions LLC is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to lead and manage all maintenance operations on the 3rd shift for our client’s facility in Ripon, WI. This role focuses on executing maintenance processes, establishing a reliability-centered approach, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will provide leadership, first-line supervision, and technical assistance to a team of industrial electrical and mechanical maintenance technicians. You will be responsible for achieving unit goals, supervising personnel, and managing day-to-day activities on your assigned shift. Your work will be reviewed through inspections, records analysis, completed work orders, and equipment performance metrics. This position reports directly to the Maintenance Manager.
Responsibilities:

• Create a safety-focused culture by applying and implementing workplace policies.
• Build strong relationships with hourly team members, union representatives, and management teams.
• Ensure daily submission of completed work orders with accurate hours and completion comments.
• Track, analyze, and improve key performance indicators (KPI) such as safety, asset utilization, maintenance cost, PM compliance, and schedule compliance.
• Assist in scoping corrective work orders with Maintenance Planners as needed.
• Manage and develop weekly schedules for shift technicians and prioritize emergency jobs.
• Evaluate team member performance and promote continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
Knowledge/Experience/Education:

• Associate degree in Engineering, Electro-Mechanical, or Business Management is desirable; significant experience and special training may be acceptable in lieu of a degree.
• At least 5 years of maintenance experience in a skilled position.
• 2+ years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor/Team Leader.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and facilities equipment, with the ability to read and understand prints in all areas.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment functionality (stamping, automated fabrication, machining, paint process).

Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Must be a self-starter and team motivator.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and effectively.

Physical Requirements:

• Stooping, bending, standing for long periods, manual dexterity, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance.

Must Have:

Additional Information:

• This is a 3rd shift position: Sunday through Thursday, 10 PM to 6 AM.
