Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and develop civil engineering projects, including site development, infrastructure improvements, and environmental remediation.
- Utilize CAD software to prepare detailed engineering drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to gather data for project planning and design.
- Perform engineering calculations and analyses to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet client expectations and project objectives.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and regulatory agencies to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
- Conduct field inspections and provide oversight during construction to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
- Prepare technical reports, proposals, and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in civil engineering.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in site development and infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) for drafting and design.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and allocate resources effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or EIT certification is a plus but not required.
