Location:
Southfield, MI 48075
Shift and Schedule:
- Full-time
 - 10-hour or 12-hour shifts
 - Evening shifts available
 
Responsibilities:
- Supervise care staff and manage staffing needs during shifts.
 - Conduct periodic assessments and observe residents for changes in condition.
 - Report changes to the physician, responsible family member, and Administrator.
 - Assist and instruct residents and family members in care plan implementation.
 - Document observations, interventions, and evaluations accurately.
 - Perform other duties as assigned.
 
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
 - Current Michigan Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
 - Experience in developing and implementing care plans.
