- Proficiency in Dentrix software (required).
- Deep understanding of dental insurance (verification, billing, and coordination).

- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented mindset.
Your Daily Impact:
- Greet and assist patients with a warm, welcoming attitude.
- Handle appointment scheduling, patient check-ins/check-outs, and insurance verification seamlessly.
- Educate patients about their dental benefits and financial responsibilities.
- Work closely with the dental team to ensure smooth daily operations and a seamless patient experience.
- Manage administrative tasks while delivering exceptional service to every patient.
