About the Opportunity
Do you enjoy working with your hands and solving mechanical problems? We’re looking for a Machinist who’s mechanically inclined, dependable, and eager to learn. You’ll be helping maintain, repair, and service production equipment—especially CNC and other precision machines.
This is an excellent role for someone who loves tools, wants to grow in a skilled trade, and doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty in a high-quality manufacturing environment. No prior CNC experience required—we’re ready to train the right person!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist in maintaining and repairing industrial machines
- Learn to work on CNC machines, broaches, and forming tools
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform preventive maintenance
- Use hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring instruments
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
- Follow instructions from senior machinists and supervisors
- Grow your technical knowledge through hands-on experience
What We’re Looking For
- Strong mechanical aptitude — loves working with machines and tools
- Reliable, hands-on, and not afraid to get dirty
- Willingness to learn and follow detailed instructions
- Previous experience in a machine shop or with mechanical work is a plus
- Familiarity with CNC machines or machine repair is a bonus (not required)
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Fluent in English and able to communicate clearly
